Aesthetic Perfection
Aesthetic Perfection is a 100% independent industrial pop project made up of Los Angeles-born, Austrian-based producer Daniel Graves, Los Angeles native Constance Antoinette andNew York based drummer Joe Letz. Over a career spanning 23 years, seven full-length albumsand numerous singles and music videos, Graves and crew have reinvented dark electro, combining industrial, pop, goth, and everything in between.
Despite flying under the radar of mainstream audiences for decades, Aesthetic Perfection areno strangers to the music world; the band has clocked countless sold out dates on headliningtours across both Europe and North America. Their success on smaller stages prepared themfor their biggest adventure thus far: supporting Till Lindemann (Rammstein) on his debut tourfor his Lindemann side project.
Adding that to their growing list of accolades, such as collaborating with the likes of RichardZ. Kruspe (Rammstein), alt-rap icon SINIZTER, Jinxx (Black Veil Brides), Rhys Fulber (FearFactory / Frontline Assembly), Celldweller, Nikki Misery (New Year’s Day), Sebastian Svalland (Pain / Lindemann) as well as featuring tracks on Netflix original programming and theUnderworld: Awakening soundtrack, Aesthetic Perfection continue to assert themselves as aforce to be reckoned with. Their 2019 self-released album,Into the Black, readied the bandto take the next step and spread the gospel of Industrial Pop to an ever-widening audience—with full rein of their creative output.
“[Into the Black] is a tour de force, a passionate heart navigating all the coruscating tension of 22nd-century technology.” – Alternative Press
“Into the Blackis the most matureAesthetic Perfectionalbum to date. Dark and gritty, yetundeniably catchy and melodic,Into the Blackbuilds upon the band’s past while solidlykeeping its eyes focused on the future. From the haunting electronic melodies of“Supernatural” to the twangy guitars of “Echoes”, from the punch-to-the-gut beat of “NoBoys Allowed” to the soaring highs of “Mourning Doves,” Graves takes the transgressive artform known as industrial pop to the next level.” –Uncivil Revolt
The instability of the music business in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic led to thelaunch of the “12 Singles in 12 Months” project, which challenged Graves to write and releaseone new song every month throughout the course of 2021. This ambitious project spawnedthe band’s biggest hit yet, “S E X”, along with numerous placements on iTunes charts acrossthe globe. The success of this endeavor further demonstrated Aesthetic Perfection’s fearlesstenacity, along with their ability to adapt to, and find growth in, any circumstance.
The project culminated with the release ofMMXXI, a collection of all the year’s singles, onJune 3rd, 2022.
In the midst of the wildly successful North American and European legs of theAmericanPsycho Tour, Aesthetic Perfection secretly filmed their most ambitious music video for theirmost ambitious single to date: “Summer Goth”
Released on July 7th, 2023, “Summer Goth” blends Top-40 with Norwegian Black Metal; abrutal industrial pop summer anthem that no one other than Aesthetic Perfection could pulloff.
